Ebb and Flow is in network with:

• Aetna

• Moda

• PacificSource Commercial

• PacificSource Community Solutions (OHP)- Not currently accepting new patients

• Providence

• Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield

As this is a small practice, you are responsible for being aware of your coverage and deductible. 

We do offer a same-day cash pay discount for patients that have insurance we are not contracted with or for those who prefer to pay "out of pocket". If choosing to pay privately, we can accept cash, check, HSA/FSA, or credit cards. A fee schedule can be provided upon request.

Additionally, we can provide you with documents needed to submit for reimbursement as an out of network provider.
