Ebb and Flow provides support and treatment including medication management and lifestyle strategies for children and adults, ages 6-60.

Ashley Sapin, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Ashley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has nearly 20 years of health care experience providing compassionate and patient-centered care. She collaborates with her patients to reach their goals in reducing symptoms and improving overall well-being. She is committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and comfortable, aiding them in creating lasting change to live authentically, find balance, navigate life's challenges with resiliency, and to thrive while doing so.
